If your project requires architectural or interior design, our designer will start developing your ideas into plans. We’ll talk layout, finishes, function, and how your space can truly reflect you. 

Based on our conversations, we’ll present a tailored project outline: including scope and estimated timelines. If all looks good, we will proceed with drawings, specifications, and any necessary pre-construction planning. 

We work with you to finalize all design details (such as cabinet layouts, material selections, and technical drawings) while ensuring the proposed pricing aligns with your initial budget goals. This stage ensures every corner of your project is thoughtfully planned, visually cohesive, and financially aligned with your expectations.

We will visit your project site with our trusted trade partners to assess their scopes and provide accurate, up-to-date pricing. This step helps eliminate surprises later and sets the stage for smooth execution. 

You’ll receive a clear and comprehensive estimate reflecting the full scope of work, timelines, selections, and trade input. This proposal becomes the basis for your construction contract. 

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll sign the contract and collect an initial deposit. We will begin pulling permits, finalizing the construction schedule, and preparing for the build phase.

We'll guide you through any remaining decisions: finishes, fixtures, paint, and more. Behind the scenes, we’re coordinating all the details and lining up the team for a seamless construction start.

With permits in place and selections confirmed, construction officially starts. We’ll keep you updated and always in the loop with regular check-ins, clear communication, and any support you need along the way.

When your project wraps up, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to ensure everything is just right. Then we’ll cheers to a job well done! We will walk you through how to use your new systems (HVAC, plumbing, appliances, etc.) so you feel confident in your new space.
